COMPASS Mind
Compassion & Mindfulness
We are a group of academic students and staff who aim to promote mental health, and raise awareness of neurodiversity among scholars in Switzerland. Our goal is to empower students to thrive in their academic pursuits while simultaneously maintaining a healthy mindset.
Dive into a world of support, resources, and camaraderie. COMPASS strives to create a community where scholars can exchange ideas, experiences, and—most importantly—find support in their quest for mental wellbeing.

First Aid
We offer information about where to go first if you experience mental health issues. We aim to signpost and direct you towards appropriate resources.

Education
We organize workshops and lunch meetings with a focus on neurodiversity and mental health in academia. An online seminar series will follow.

Mental Fitness
We created a platform where you can connect with a likeminded community and build an empathetic network. Check out our Discord server.
